Workday Third-Party Sign-On

Third-Party Initial Sign-on and Task Search

1. Check your email for 2 separate emails containing your username and password.
2. Claim your account by clicking the link and setting up your MFA.
   • Please note that you will have the option to verify via email code or an additional authentication application.
3. You must use this link to login.
4. Once you’ve accessed your Workday homepage, you can use the search bar at the top and type in “THIRD PARTY” to find the functions below:
   • Make a Payment as Third Party
   • View Account Activity as Third Party
   • View Student Statement as Third Party
   • View Student Grades as Third Party
   • Generate Unofficial Transcript for Student as Third Party
5. If you forget your password you can go to the logon page above and click on the forgot password link. This will result in a reset email being sent to the email address used when the account was setup.
6. If you do not remember your username, you will need to contact the Louisiana Tech Help Desk and open a ticket with support.
