A copy of McAfee can be obtained at http://www.latech.edu/tech/software. Have the student login with their own username and password.

Perform the following steps to download and install McAfee.

1. Click Yes to the License Agreement.
2. Choose McAfee Antivirus Software.
3. Click Save.
4. Right click on VSE870LML folder that was just saved and choose Extract all...
5. Click Next to all windows then click Finish.
6. Open the VSE870LML folder and double click on Setup.exe.
7. Click Run and follow the dialog box instructions.
8. If at the helpdesk, suggest they run the scan at home.
