Out of Office Webmail Responder Print E-mail

This article describes how to set your Tech email account to auto-respond to messages received. This is typically used when going on vacation or otherwise not being able to check email for several days/weeks.

  1. In your Internet browser, go to https://webmail.latech.edu.
  2. Login using your username and password. If you are not sure which username and password to use, consult this document.
  3. On the left menu, click Options then Filters. On the top menu, choose Vacation.
  4. Fill in the boxes as needed. Number of days between vacation replies refers to the number of days to wait before sending an autoresponse to an address that has already received one.
  5. Click Save. Click Return to Rule List and click the red X next to Vacation.
